Accelerating Growth: “The Power of a Sales CRM”

Presented by: Tim Mendoza-H2O Power Equipment, Chad Reiffer-Hydro Chem Systems, Greg Sprunk-Superior Cleaning Systems, and 1 Bold Step.

In the fast-paced world of sales, a Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is an indispensable tool for accelerating growth and maximizing efficiency. By centralizing customer information, a Sales CRM empowers sales teams to create a more personalized sales experience for prospects and customers. It streamlines the sales process, automates key tasks, and provides valuable insights into customer behavior, enabling sales representatives to focus on building relationships and closing deals. With real-time data at their fingertips, sales teams can quickly identify opportunities, track sales progress, and forecast future sales with greater accuracy.

Moreover, a Sales CRM is not just a tool for managing customer interactions; it’s a strategic asset that fosters collaboration among team members, aligns sales strategies with business objectives, and drives informed decision-making. It acts as a single source of truth, eliminating silos and ensuring that every team member has access to the same up-to-date information. This cohesion leads to a more agile and responsive sales force, capable of adapting to market changes and customer needs swiftly. Ultimately, a Sales CRM is a powerful catalyst for growth, providing the structure and insights necessary for businesses to scale rapidly and sustainably.

CETA – CARB/SORE Awareness

Presented by: Gus Alexander-FNA Group, R. Calvin Rasmussen-Royce Industries, L.C., and Scott Hanson-Alkota Cleaning Systems.

In December 2021, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved a regulatory revision requiring most small off-road engines (SORE) sold in California on or after January 1, 2024, to be zero-emission. CARB classifies small off- road engines as spark-ignition engines which have 25 horsepower or less. These emission standards of zero will apply to engines used in all equipment types produced for sale in California, except generators and pressure washers. Emission standards for pressure washers will change from the existing standards starting in 2024, but not zero. The CETA technical committee continues to monitor the information released by CARB and will have an update at the upcoming PowerClean® Convention on November 3rd, in Orlando, FL.
